Farewell Dinner (Saturday)

The event is sold out and it is no longer possible to register.

The dinner will take place on Saturday, 20:00-23:30, in the garden of the Palais Universitaire.

Getting there:

• From the Conference venue, take Tram E towards Campus d’Illkirch and get off at Université.
• You can also take Tram C or Tram F to Université.
• Please enter via Rue de l’Université (see the attached pictures).

Practical information

• Please remember to bring your dinner ticket. It is required for entry.
• We currently have around 10 tickets available following cancellations. If you would like to join the dinner, you may come directly and purchase a ticket for €45, payable on site by bank card. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive early. Please note that no payments will be accepted after 9:00 PM.
• Children are welcome and remain under their parents’ or tutors’ supervision.
• You will be able to enjoy traditional Alsatian flammekueche as well as vegetarian flammekueche. In addition, the catering buffet will be entirely vegetarian, with vegan and gluten-free options available.
• Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.
• This is a standing dinner, although tables and chairs will be available throughout the venue.
• A DJ will be with us during the evening, and there will be dancing.
