Conference Venue
The conference will take place at the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès (PMC).
Due to the national security measures in France (what is called the “plan vigipirate”), there will be security officers at the entrance of the convention centre. These officers will inspect the bags of everybody who enters. Please be prepared for this and plan to arrive in advance to allow sufficient time for this.
The conference registration desk at the PMC will be open starting Tuesday June 30th 16:00 until 19:00. It will be open all subsequent days, from 8:00 until 19:00. Just bring your ID and you will be able to retrieve your conference pack.
The conference venue is fully accessible (lifts and adapted facilities):
- step-free entrances: all entrances of the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès (PMC) (PMC) are step-free, and the site is fully accessible.
- elevators and ramps: elevators are available at multiple places in the PMC;
- routes between rooms: all presentations will take place on the bottom and first floors;
- accessible toilets are available at multiple places in the PMC;
- seating areas for breaks: a calm room is available (room Stuttgart, 1st Floor);
