– Faculté de psychologie: here
Preconference check-in for all twelve preconferences will take place in the main hall of the Palais Universitaire.
Below all the relevant information will find the list of EASP 2026 preconferences, along with their websites/programs and important registration information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Date of preconferences:
30 June 2026, Strasbourg, France.
Who can attend the preconferences?
Pre-conferences are only open to General Meeting (GM) participants who:
- Registered for a specific pre-conference during the EASP GM registration process (Qualtrics pre-registration form);
AND
- Paid the additional preconference fee (60 euros) when registering for the GM.
The deadline to register has expired and it is no longer possible to add new attendees. All participants (chairs, speakers, audience) are expected to attend in person. Exceptions to the latter may be considered for speakers in very specific circumstances.
If you have paid the additional preconference fee but forgot to register to a specific preconference by the pre-registration form, it is now too late to book a seat in a preconference but you will be allowed to choose one the day of preconferences. However, this choice might include only preconferences that have enough available seats.
If you have not paid the additional preconference fee when registering to the GM you are not allowed to join any preconference.
Check-in
Check-in is mandatory for all preconference participants.
During check-in, you will receive your conference badge (valid for both the preconference day and the whole GM), as well as your meal and event tickets. Once you have checked in on the preconference day, you will not need to check in again at the Palais de la Musique for the General Meeting.
- When should I check in if am participating in a preconference?
Tuesday, 30 June, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. - Where?
In the Aula (Hall) of the Palais Universitaire: https://www.unistra.fr/fr/node/1209#visite-virtuelle
Again, the Palais Universitaire is not at the same location as the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès, where the rest of the GM will take place.
We strongly encourage participants to arrive early to allow enough time for check-in before the start of the preconferences. You will be able to have some coffee and croissants and meet with colleagues while settling in.
Beware that there may be a short walk from the registration desk and coffee at the Palais Universitaire and your specific preconference room. In short, please arrive early so that the sessions can start on time and without disruption!
A Final Reminder
Please make sure you know which preconference you are registered for and arrive in time for check-in. Participants may only attend the pre-conference session for which they registered. If you have registered for a preconference you have received (or you will soon) an email from the chairs of your preconference. Do not hesitate to reach out to the chairs of your preconference with any questions.
