Information for LGBTQIA+ community

Strasbourg is generally perceived as an LGBTQIA+ friendly city and offers several queer-friendly venues.

The EASP 2026 GM organising committee is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment for all. We want LGBTQIA+ attendees to feel welcome and respected at the meeting. If something makes you feel unsafe, unwelcome, or uncomfortable, support is available. This includes concerns related to discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour.

Practical information:

• name badges and pronouns: you will have the possibility to indicate your preferred pronoun on your badge;
• gender-neutral or accessible toilets: There will be gender-neutral toilets at the PMC;
