Regular registration will close at the end of May. Information about registering for the farewell dinner, preconferences, and other social events, are provided during the registration process. All participants must register to attend the conference. For special cases or requests, please contact the organizational team: contact@easp2026strasbourg.com.<br><br><strong>Can I get a discount or registration fee waiver due to financial constraints?<\/strong><br>Unfortunately, we are unable to offer registration fee waivers. The GM registration costs have been set at the minimum level possible to cover essential conference expenses. Reduced rates are available for EASP members and postgraduate students. We encourage you to explore these discounted categories if applicable, and to contact your institution about possible funding support for conference attendance.<br><br><strong>What if someone can only stay one day: Is there a registration option for that?<\/strong><br>The registration fees are based on the overall conference costs, and unfortunately, we do not have a specific option for one-day attendees.<br><br><strong>Can I get an Invoice with an address that differs from the one I provide during the registration?\u00a0<\/strong><br>We strongly advise you to provide your University address when you register as the Invoice that you will receive will comport the address you provide during registration. That being said, if you fail to do so, you can contact the Cellule Congres by email here: syau@uistra.fr\u00a0<br><br><strong>I paid with a purchase order, when will I receive the invoice?\u00a0<\/strong><br>The invoice will be sent by email approximately one week after the registration for everyone, even for purchase order payments.<br><br><strong>I am an undergraduate student (BSc, MSc, or similar). Can I participate and what would be my registration fee?\u00a0<\/strong><br>Yes, undergraduate students can participate if they can provide a certificate of enrolment in a program related to \/ including social psychology. The registration fees applying for such participants would be the nonmember postgraduate fees (early bird: 420 euros; standard: 560 euros).<br><br><strong>I am currently a postgraduate member applying for full graduate membership. What fee should I pay for the GM?<\/strong><br>If you have already paid the EASP 2026 membership fee as a postgraduate member, you may register for the GM at the postgraduate rate.<br><br><strong>I am organizing a pre-conference, should I pay the preconference fees?<\/strong><br>Yes, preconference organizers should pay the 60 euros preconference fees that cover for coffee, lunch, reservation of the rooms, etc.<br><br><strong>What is the EASP 2026 GM cancellation policy?\u00a0<\/strong><br>For cancellations submitted by email to syau@unistra.fr before May 31, 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 31st 2026 or for no-shows. Only exceptional cases (e.g., visa denial in spite of timely submission of the VISA application) could be exceptionally assessed and reimbursed after May 31st 2026. All refunds will be made after the conference. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email) to syau@unistra.fr.<br><br><strong>Do I have to be an EASP member to attend the conference?<\/strong><br>No, you do not have to be a member to attend. Non-members are welcome to register, but the registration fee is higher. EASP members enjoy a reduced rate, which can make membership worthwhile before registering.<br><br><strong>Can I obtain an official letter of invitation for visa purposes?<\/strong><br>Yes. During the conference registration process, participants will be able to request an official letter of invitation for visa purposes. The letter will be issued by the Conference Office of the University of Strasbourg. What if I have dietary or accessibility needs?<\/strong><br>As of September 2025, the social program is still being finalized. A welcome drink with finger foods will be offered at the end of the first day, likely in the conference center. The farewell dinner will occur outdoors, in the university palace park, on the last day. Only the farewell dinner will require registration. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available for both events. If you have dietary restrictions, you have the opportunity to indicate them during registration. For any other request, please contact: contact@easp2026strasbourg.com.<br><br><strong>Are the conference venues accessible to people with reduced mobility?<\/strong><br>Venues &amp; transport: The main congress venue, the <em>Palais de la Musique et des Congr\u00e8s <\/em>(PMC), is fully accessible (lifts and adapted facilities). Both the PMC and the pre-conference site (Historical site of the University of Strasbourg, 30 June 2026) are served by tram lines accessible to people with reduced mobility.<br>Pre-conference sessions (30 June). Not all rooms at the historical site are easily accessible. If you let us know which pre-conference(s) you plan to attend, we will schedule them in a fully accessible building (write to contact@easp2026strasbourg.com).<br>Hotels:&nbsp; All hotels listed on the GM website offer accessible rooms. For wheelchair users, we do not recommend the Diana and Dragon hotels (rooms are quite small).
